Scrum Master/Business Intelligence Analyst

Join our dynamic team as a Business Intelligence Analyst where you will play a key role leading teams, solving complex problems, and making a real impact in an innovative environment. 

This role supports an Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) program. It ensures that Agile best practices are followed and that each feature is integrated and completed in accordance with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Ensure consistency of Agile processes across teams in accordance with SAFe®.
• Conduct process reviews and manage requirements, design, testing, and validation activities within the software development lifecycle.
• Use Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) to track and manage Agile processes, including feature design, documentation analysis, requirements evaluation, and testing. 
• Export detailed Agile Process Services tasks from EWM for monthly reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Create and maintain data models to support business intelligence tools and      systems.
• Communicate insights and trends to all stakeholders (both technical and      non-technical).
• Present data-driven recommendations to improve business strategies and operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in Agile project management and Scrum roles.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, EWM, and SAFe® practices.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Active DHS Fitness Determination; Public Trust.
